Steps to Contact the Student Support Desk

  1. Log In
    Use your student credentials (Student ID and Password) to log in to the portal.
  2. Submit a Support Request
    Fill out the support request form with details of your enquiry or issue.
  3. Track Your Request
    Monitor the status of your request and receive updates on its resolution.
  4. Access Resources
    The portal also provides access to helpful resources and guides to assist with academic and administrative tasks.
  5. Contact via Email
    For urgent issues, you can email the support team directly at support@carm.co.uk.
  6. Visit in Person
    If you prefer face-to-face assistance, visit the Student Support Desk on campus during working hours.
